Who We Are
We are an RCMP accredited fingerprint agency. We are authorized to capture and submit electronically scanned fingerprints to the RCMP for criminal record searches and to submit Name Checks for criminal checks.
We have recently become an affiliate of ClearNeed Information Systems Inc. ClearNeed was founded in 2004 to provide all Canadians with a quick response to fingerprint based, certified criminal record verification. Affiliates across the country access the ClearNeed electronic submission network to provide reliable on site or mobile digital fingerprinting services in support of your personal needs.
Response times for electronically submitted fingerprint requests are completed within 72 hours. Currently, inked fingerprints submitted by mail our courier can take up to 5 months to complete.
NCIServices currently has a mobile capture unit. We offer a mobile service that comes to you to carry out your fingerprint requirements. Appointments are recommended for the mobile option.
We will be serving Thunder Bay and surrounding areas: Atikokan, Dryden, Fort Frances, Kenora, Geraldton, Ignace and Longlac.
